Farming

The residents of Nirona practice farming along with their craft. They mostly farm castor for it requires less water and on processing yields an efficient lubricant. They also farm vegetables and other edible crops. The main reason for farming is to provide for a regular income because craft does not always fetch them enough to sustain their families.
